1. Acceptance / Kabul

By downloading, accessing, or using Game Lingo, you agree to these Terms and to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Game Lingo’yu indirerek, erişerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları ve uygulanabilir Apple App Store veya Google Play koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız hizmeti kullanmayın.

2. Service description / Hizmet açıklaması

Game Lingo uses OCR, language-model translation, game metadata, and optional text-to-speech technologies to help users understand game subtitles. Automated OCR, translation, speaker identification, character matching, and speech generation may contain errors and are not guaranteed to be exact.

Game Lingo; kullanıcıların oyun altyazılarını anlamasına yardımcı olmak için OCR, dil modeli çevirisi, oyun meta verileri ve isteğe bağlı metinden sese teknolojilerini kullanır. Otomatik OCR, çeviri, konuşmacı tanıma, karakter eşleştirme ve ses üretimi hata içerebilir ve kesinlik garantisi verilmez.

3. Free access and trial / Ücretsiz kullanım ve deneme

Game Lingo may provide limited free translation access or an introductory Premium trial. Eligibility, duration, and availability of introductory offers are determined by the applicable store and the offer shown to the user at the time of purchase.

Game Lingo sınırlı ücretsiz çeviri erişimi veya tanıtım amaçlı Premium deneme sunabilir. Tanıtım tekliflerinin uygunluğu, süresi ve kullanılabilirliği ilgili mağaza tarafından ve satın alma sırasında kullanıcıya gösterilen teklif kapsamında belirlenir.

4. Game Lingo Premium subscription

Game Lingo Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription purchased through Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. The price, currency, taxes, introductory trial, and any localized offer are shown by the applicable store before confirmation.

Game Lingo Premium, iOS üzerinde Apple App Store veya Android üzerinde Google Play üzerinden satın alınan otomatik yenilenen aylık aboneliktir. Fiyat, para birimi, vergiler, tanıtım denemesi ve yerelleştirilmiş teklifler onaydan önce ilgili mağaza tarafından gösterilir.

Payment is charged to the store account associated with the purchase. Unless renewal is turned off, Apple or Google may automatically renew the subscription according to the applicable store subscription terms.

Ödeme, satın alma işleminde kullanılan mağaza hesabından tahsil edilir. Yenileme kapatılmadığı sürece Apple veya Google, ilgili mağazanın abonelik koşullarına göre aboneliği otomatik olarak yenileyebilir.

5. Managing or cancelling a subscription / Abonelik yönetimi ve iptali

You can manage or cancel Game Lingo Premium through the subscription settings of the store where you purchased it. Cancellation prevents future renewals but normally does not remove access already paid for during the current subscription period. Billing, refunds, and store purchase disputes are handled by Apple or Google under the applicable store policies.

İptal gelecekteki yenilemeleri durdurur; normalde mevcut abonelik dönemi için elde edilmiş erişimi hemen kaldırmaz. Faturalandırma, iadeler ve mağaza satın alma uyuşmazlıkları ilgili Apple veya Google politikaları kapsamında yönetilir.

6. Premium entitlement verification / Premium erişim doğrulaması

Premium access is verified using Apple transaction information and the Apple App Store Server API on iOS, or Google Play purchase tokens and the Google Play Developer API on Android. Access may be removed when the applicable store reports that a subscription has expired, been refunded, revoked, placed on hold, or is otherwise no longer entitled.

Premium erişim iOS üzerinde Apple işlem bilgileri ve Apple App Store Server API, Android üzerinde Google Play satın alma tokenı ve Google Play Developer API kullanılarak doğrulanır. İlgili mağaza aboneliğin sona erdiğini, iade edildiğini, iptal/revoke edildiğini, ödeme nedeniyle askıya alındığını veya artık erişim hakkı vermediğini bildirirse Premium erişim kaldırılabilir.

7. Acceptable use / Kabul edilebilir kullanım

• Do not attempt to bypass subscription, entitlement, rate-limit, or security controls.
• Do not interfere with, reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or attack the service or backend.
• Do not use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
• Abonelik, erişim hakkı, kullanım sınırı veya güvenlik kontrollerini aşmaya çalışmayın.
• Hizmete veya backend’e müdahale etmeyin, kötüye kullanmayın, aşırı yüklemeyin veya saldırmayın.
• Hizmeti yürürlükteki hukuka veya üçüncü taraf haklarına aykırı şekilde kullanmayın.

8. Third-party services / Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Game Lingo depends on third-party services including Apple, Google Play, Groq, OpenAI, Cloudflare, IGDB/Twitch, Google ML Kit, and hosting providers. Availability, latency, pricing, policies, and technical behavior of those services may change independently of Game Lingo.

Game Lingo; Apple, Google Play, Groq, OpenAI, Cloudflare, IGDB/Twitch, Google ML Kit ve barındırma sağlayıcıları dahil üçüncü taraf hizmetlere bağlıdır. Bu hizmetlerin kullanılabilirliği, gecikmesi, fiyatlandırması, politikaları ve teknik davranışı Game Lingo’dan bağımsız olarak değişebilir.

9. No guarantee of translation accuracy / Çeviri doğruluğu garantisi yoktur

Game Lingo is an assistive translation tool. OCR and automated translation can misread or mistranslate content. You are responsible for deciding how to use the output.

Game Lingo yardımcı bir çeviri aracıdır. OCR ve otomatik çeviri içeriği yanlış okuyabilir veya yanlış çevirebilir. Çıktıyı nasıl kullanacağınıza siz karar verirsiniz.

10. Availability and changes / Kullanılabilirlik ve değişiklikler

We may modify, suspend, improve, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, technical, legal, commercial, or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Güvenlik, teknik, hukuki, ticari veya ürünle ilgili makul nedenlerle özellikleri değiştirebilir, durdurabilir, iyileştirebilir, sınırlayabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Kesintisiz kullanılabilirlik garantisi verilmez.

11. Intellectual property / Fikri mülkiyet

Game Lingo software, branding, interface, and original service components are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Game titles, trademarks, artwork, dialogue, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

Game Lingo yazılımı, markası, arayüzü ve özgün hizmet bileşenleri ilgili fikri mülkiyet mevzuatıyla korunur. Oyun adları, ticari markalar, görseller, diyaloglar ve diğer üçüncü taraf içerikler kendi hak sahiplerine aittir.

12. Limitation of liability / Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Game Lingo is provided on an “as available” basis and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from automated translation errors, service interruptions, or third-party service failures.

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde Game Lingo “mevcut olduğu haliyle” sunulur ve yalnızca otomatik çeviri hataları, hizmet kesintileri veya üçüncü taraf hizmet arızalarından doğan dolaylı veya sonuçsal kayıplardan sorumlu tutulamayız.

13. Changes to these Terms / Koşullardaki değişiklikler

We may update these Terms when the app, business model, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL.

Uygulama, iş modeli, hizmet sağlayıcıları veya yasal gereklilikler değiştiğinde bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm bu URL üzerinden erişilebilir olacaktır.
